"Baby Strawberry" Original

This little strawberry marks a really sweet season of life for me. I painted it when my baby was about the size of a strawberry, making it one of the first paintings I completed after finally feeling well enough to paint again. I kept my brushstrokes loose and painterly, letting the soft colors and fluffy green leaves do the talking.
